Doug Scott

Doug advises on a broad spectrum of contentious and non-contentious property matters, including agricultural and commercial tenancies, real property issues, trespass and possession claims, and telecommunications.

He has particular experience in advising landowners and developers on the new Electronic Communications Code.

Doug studied War Studies at King’s College, London before converting to law. He trained at Burges Salmon, qualifying into their property disputes team in 2010. Doug joined Loxley in 2016. 

He is a member of the Property Litigation Association and the Agricultural Law Association.
