George Fellowes


George advises a broad range of clients across the agricultural sector on litigation, including landlord/tenant disputes, possession proceedings, claims against public bodies and commercial disputes.

He also advises on developments in environmental law affecting agriculture with a particular focus on regulatory issues surrounding the use of nitrates and waterways.

George attended Winchester College and studied Biological Sciences at Bristol University before converting to law. He trained with Burges Salmon LLP and qualified as a solicitor in the agricultural litigation and environment team in 2007.

George joined Loxley in August 2011 and became a partner in April 2018.

He is a member of the Property Litigation Association and the Agricultural Law Association.
