Gerard McLachlan

Gerard acts for landowners, farmers, companies, charities and high net worth individuals in a variety of non-contentious property transactions.

With additional experience of acting for SMEs in the sale and purchase of rural businesses, Gerard’s recent instructions include country house sales and purchases, option and promotion agreements and agricultural land purchases.

Gerard qualified as a solicitor in 2007. He joined Loxley in 2016 and became a partner in April 2023.

Gerard lives locally in Wotton-under-Edge with his wife and three children.
