Jessica Piper-Thompson

Jessica specialises in litigation and dispute resolution. 

Her practice encompasses all aspects of real property, commercial and rural property dispute resolution.  This includes disputes concerning rights of way and other easements, restrictive covenants, adverse possession, trespass and nuisance claims and commercial Landlord and Tenant disputes.  She acts for landowners, property and homeowners, and commercial landlords and tenants.

Having initially qualified as a secondary school teacher, Jessica studied the Post-graduate Diploma in Law at BPP Law School before qualifying as a solicitor in 2008, since which time she has specialised in the property disputes sector.  Jessica joined Loxley in July 2021 and is a member of the Property Litigation Association and the Agricultural Law Association.
