Judith Bell

Judith advises on all aspects of agricultural and commercial tenancies as well as a range of issues relating to the ownership and occupation of land. She has particular expertise in advising on farm partnership disputes and on issues relating to telecommunications, utilities and minerals.

A founding partner of Loxley, Judith worked with the agriculture and commercial property team at Burges Salmon, including as a partner, for 20 years. She originally studied law at the University of London and at Chester College of Law and was admitted as a solicitor in 1989.
