Nigel Flanagan

Nigel is a member of the property team and has a wealth of experience in non-contentious property matters, with a particular interest in renewable energy projects.

After qualifying in 1998, Nigel worked as a Partner at law firms in Newport, Cornwall and Abergavenny.

Nigel also has experience of the working practices of local government.

In addition to renewable energy projects, Nigel has experience in all aspects of land management and property law, including leases,

sales & purchases and drafting bespoke deeds and agreements.

Nigel is a member of the Agricultural Law Association.
