Tom Barnacle

Tom advises clients on their commercial property assets and on renewable energy projects.

After studying history at Cardiff University, Tom trained at Burges Salmon in Bristol. In 2009, he qualified as a solicitor in their commercial real estate team where he advised on a range of property issues, including landowner development, property finance and commercial leases.

Tom joined Loxley in 2012 and became a partner in April 2020.
