Paula Hansen

Paula is an experienced commercial property solicitor who specialises in non-contentious matters.  She advises on all aspects of commercial property with particular focus on commercial leases and tenancies acting for both landlords and tenants.  Paula also deals with the buying and selling of commercial property (freehold and leasehold) and advises on all aspects of commercial property related matters.  Paula acts for individuals and businesses as well as investors.

Paula studied law at the University of the West of England, qualified as a solicitor in 1997 and spent many years at TLT in Bristol before joining Loxley in June 2025.
