Benjamin Sherborne

Having joined Loxley in 2023, Benjamin qualified into the agricultural property team in September 2025. Benjamin advises on various agricultural property transactions including the acquisition, disposal and refinance of farms, land and country houses. He also deals with overages, easements and unregistered properties.

Coming from a farming family, Benjamin understands the pressures of modern farming and can quickly understand issues relating to farms and rural landowners.

When he’s not at work (in the office or on the family farm), Benjamin can be found coaching the local rugby team, or beating on one of the local estate shoots.

Benjamin is a member of the Agricultural Law Association.
