Alice Fowler

Alice advises on a variety of transactions including the acquisition and disposal of large farms and estate and development land. She also deals with complex issues involving first registrations and overages.

Alice joined the Agricultural Property team in August 2024 having previously trained at RWK Goodman and qualified as a solicitor with their rural team in 2023.  Alice also studied Law with French at Cardiff University.

Having grown up on a farm, Alice has a greater understanding of her client’s needs and can relate to them on a more personable level and provide a more tailored experience. Alice still puts on her wellies and helps out on the weekend at her parent’s farm in Gloucestershire.
