Andrew Baskerville

Andrew leads the property sales and purchases team. He has the experience and expertise to deal with complex projects, including the disposal or purchase of large rural estates, farms and farmland and country houses.

The son of a Warwickshire farmer, Andrew studied agriculture at Harper Adams. After working for the NFU in Staffordshire, he re-qualified as a solicitor in 2000. Andrew previously worked at Arnold Thomson,Towcester, and Burges Salmon, Bristol, before joining Loxley as a partner in 2008.

Andrew has been an associate contributor to the Encyclopaedia of Forms and Precedents (Agricultural Holdings; Agriculture and the Environment), and recognised by both the Legal 500 for advice on agriculture and estates, and by Chambers UK for his “easy and pleasant manner” and “dedication to getting the deal done.”
