Dilan Ademhan

Dilan is a solicitor in the Commercial Property department, assisting clients with a wide range of non-contentious commercial property matters, including landlord and tenant work and agricultural property transactions.

She advises on commercial leases, telecommunications agreements (Code Agreements), and the acquisition and disposal of commercial property, both freehold and leasehold.

Dilan moved to the UK in 2017, completed her Legal Practice Course at the University of Law in London, and qualified as a solicitor in 2022. Before joining Loxley, she worked in London and later relocated to the Cotswolds.
