Emma Smart

Emma is an experienced property solicitor who specialises in non-contentious commercial and agricultural property matters.

Emma advises on commercial tenancies, agricultural tenancies (FBT and AHA) and the buying and selling of commercial property (freehold and leasehold).

Emma acts for landed estates, owner-occupiers, rural landowners and businesses as well as investors.

Emma studied law at the University of Sheffield and trained at Walker Morris in Leeds. She qualified in 2003 and after spending some time living in New Zealand, returned to the UK and worked at Wright Hassall LLP in Warwickshire.

Emma joined Loxley in November 2015.
