Judith Bell

Judith advises on a broad range of property, co-ownership, and partnership disputes but also estoppel claims, rights of way and covenant disputes. She has particular expertise in advising on the creation and dissolution of farm partnerships.

A founding partner of Loxley, Judith worked with the agriculture and commercial property team at Burges Salmon, including as a partner, for 20 years. She originally studied law at the University of London and at Chester College of Law and was admitted as a solicitor in 1989.
