Pierre Bell

Pierre advises on the sale, purchase and refinancing of country homes, farms, estates and rural property, as well as providing specialist advice on a wide range of property issues affecting agricultural land and estates such as first registrations, overages and easements.

Pierre attended Westminster School before studying law with French at Bristol University. He trained at Burges Salmon and qualified as a solicitor with their rural team in 2008. Pierre joined Loxley in September 2010.

He is a member of the Agricultural Law Association and became a partner at Loxley in 2017.

Beyond his work as a solicitor, Pierre is also an ECB Level 2 qualified cricket coach and captains his local cricket club.
