Rachel Beeby

Rachel is an experienced agricultural property solicitor.

Rachel worked in the Landed Estates and Rural Property team at Charles Russell Speechlys, before joining Loxley in February 2022. Her experience includes dealing with complex sales and purchases of agricultural land and farms. Her day to day work includes woodland sales and purchases, leases of sporting rights, the grant, surrender and variation of farm business tenancies, grazing arrangements and diversification tenancies. She also deals with the grant of third party rights over land, including rights of way, water and drainage rights, and sporting rights. As well as dealing with owner/occupiers, she is accustomed to dealing with complex trust ownership structures, charities and investors. Her experience in the rural sector ensures transactions are handled in a manner which is sensitive to the bespoke requirements of rural land owners and businesses.

Rachel is a fellow of the Agricultural Law Association.
