Sam is an experienced property solicitor who specialises in non-contentious commercial and agricultural property matters.

Sam advises on commercial tenancies, telecommunications leases (Code Agreements), agricultural tenancies (FBT and AHA) and the buying and selling of commercial property (leasehold and freehold).

Sam acts for landed estates, owner-occupiers and rural landowners.

After studying law at Cardiff University, Sam trained with Osborne Clarke. She qualified as a Solicitor in 2000 in Osborne Clarke’s commercial property department (Bristol office).  Following private practice, Sam spent 16 years teaching professional law at the University of the West of England, Bristol, including teaching commercial and residential property law on the Legal Practice Course.

Sam is married to a dairy farmer and they live locally on the family farm.

Sam joined Loxley in December 2020.
