Sarah McIntyre-Smith

Sarah is an experienced solicitor who advises on all aspects of private client work, including wills, powers of attorney, trusts, probate and various taxation issues for both private individuals and farmers. Sarah has a particular focus on complex agricultural estates of high net individuals.   

Sarah has completed the STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) diploma in Trusts and Estates and is a full STEP member.

For a better understanding of what living with dementia is like, Sarah became a Friend through the charity Dementia Friend.

Sarah joined Loxley in November 2018.
